VEHICLE SEIZED ON CHESTNUT AVENUE

On 28/04/2026 at around 03:55 officers from our Road Crime Team stopped a red Vauxhall Astra on Chestnut Avenue.

Checks revealed the vehicle was being driven by a person not on the insurance policy and the driver had a revoked licence.

The vehicle was subsequently seized and the 35-year-old male driver, from Tamworth, was dealt with accordingly for documents offences.
